Bug Reports / [BUG] Properties (bussines) AND HOUSES - BUG (0.3x)

first of all sorry bout my bad english.. im from Brasil and dont speak a very good english.. so .. the BUG

Server: 0.3x
Where was you at in the map:any property (bussines)

Did it happen to anyone else: dont know

Describe the Bug:
ok, so, i have a bussines,, then, i sell it... the server says that i sold 50% of it... so THERE is the bug.. i
can win infinite money by keep seeling it (/sellprop) it happens to any property ...... ++ If i go to a house that i can use /buyh (buy house command) i can sell it...
Obs::if the property have a owner i cant sell it

how do i take screeshots to put here?

@counter if he deserve banning from 3e due to he was playing on 3x and he had owned stuffs at both servers and u say that is breaking rules then u be banned from 3e or 3x cuz u played in both servers and owned stuffs at both of them :D
@ultimatepower u used hacks at 3x (fake kills ) so -1 from me

He's VIP/admin level 2, scamming people is not nice if you're VIP/admin level 2 also being rude is not nice as well.
As you can see he said "stfu" wich means "shut the **** up"
So i think he broke a rule ( for being rude to players ) and he abused by SCAMMING.
He should give a good example because he's a VIP/level 2 admin and scamming and being rude to players is not very nice.
You're not showing good example for regular players headfonez....
