Dynamic Is Better Guys Coz All Players Would Get A Nice Biz Every Time They Login Or After 24 HR If Not 24Hr Make It 12 Hr Or As u Think But There Is one More ThaT Player When Logout His Biz Resets Auto Then It would Be Preety Fast And No Bug in Biz As I think And I Know Its Not Easy To Create But Young Choose What Player/Admins Want 
It is easy to make but i don't think players will like it.
