i think his brothers and 1 time i m on server and i see both names [YG]SpongeBob and [KG]SpongeBob are online at the same time so he dont have multi acc i think and Most of 3c players playing from internet cafe so his ip same so it show u many names on aka.
You are level 3 so you can warn and kick so no need to make report you can take an action warn or kick
