Sounds like it. You can't request to have your level moved and even more divided of all things, it simply can't happen. There are so many reason's why it can't and won't happen. Like it's managements job to promote people, not for people to donate there status, and even more between 2 people
I get where your coming from mate, but it really doesn't work out at all!
