owners or no they should obey to the rules they made their selves...or other ways change the rules....
There is a reason owners are called owners. They Own this server. So the can do what they please. Those rules are for people that are not owners.
Ex- if young wanted to get a minigun and and goto players and kill them. Guess what he can cause he Owns the server
