For Who Wants Name Change In Forum Just Pm Magictouch , Cobra , Young Or Simon Do Not Make Name Change Apply For It !

I've noticed level 10 cannot change name or update member groups on the forum.
I have told Cobra about it because i thought it was a mistake.
But i don't believe it is.
So only PM management..
