No, for the time being your allowed to play on 3e. When 3c gets back online and open, you should then move back to 3c. There's no need to sell your cars on 3c (not that u can enter in and anyway) Only if your moving perm to 3e then you have to sell your cars on 3c, for the time, there's no need.
