My dear friends, i was looking the For?ms/Server this afternoon, and has missed some things, that are usual seen in many others:
For?m's Suggestions
1st: The forum must be formatted, there many messages and old member's massages; It may reduce the effectiveness of the Moderator's Work.
2nd: Owners aren't always active. In 1 seccond, may happen 100 problems, so i suggest to set more Forum's Moderators.
3th: Well, for now is just it about the for?ms.
Server's Suggestions
Well guys, i can say that YGTDM is very Good, and for sure it is. But as everything on this world, isn't perfect.
Okay, here is my suggestions, about new scripts:
1st: Scripter(s) could add some things, that make the server look a litte realistic, like FUEL System , this way, the player will feel a litte in real life.
2nd: Also, there's a Script called Weapon Hoslter, it makes the Player's weapons be showed around the own player's skin. (Well, for sure we can't hide a Rocket Laucher on the pocket 
)
Hint: Make it switble
3th: Develop a Admin School for the newbies, as i saw, YGTDM has a donation system, Cash=Vip level, so, the new donator must learn and always be watched for an supervisor for preventing abuse.

I have experience on SA-MP since the 0.3C version, isn't too much, but is usefull.

Nice Suggestions. The weapons idea, is a great one, and should be added.
The Admin school isn't so needed. Lv 1 can't abuse at all, lv 2 & can do /lhunter, /lhydra /lrhino. Which if used and abused will result in a report happening. Lv 3 also can /warn, can be abused, but if someone was to abuse it, they would get found out quickly. As much as getting people who are good enough to be admins / higher lv admin is a good idea. Teaching them / training is a good idea. This then over time would help keep 3c safe, and get more higher admins in who deserve the lvs.
Fuel System has already been raised, but i'm not sure if it was accepted by management, it is a good idea, and should be added.
