To install YGTDM Paintjob:
- Use IMG Tool, Spark, GTA:SA Ultimate Editor, or any program that can mod GTA
- (IMG Tool) click on "Commands" then select "Add"
- Locate & Select sultan4.txd
- ok you're done, Have fun!

I'll try this mod for my Sultan, If the tuning didnt work tell me how to do it
