I have a bug report, that really need to be fixed:
/caps <id> off/on
When using that command and even /mute the player still can write with /me or in the chat, i haven't got exact proof of it all, but i'm sure someone can agree. When using the command /mute that player should be muted from using /me and /pm <id> and also just general chat. Oh and also /ygc and /a and if there is (which i can't remember) TP chat. /mute should totally mute that person from any kind of communication.
Saying that the first command i mentioned /caps <id> off/on might be bugged. I know that when i've used /mute b4, is gives you 3 warnings then u get auto kicked, but does /caps ? If it doesn't then i've reported a bug, if it does, then i've stuffed up....
User just to make it clear had been writing in caps, i asked him a number of times not to use it, but he still did. I took it lightly first, not enough for a /mute.
