I'm legit on the fence. I did +1 because i'm trying to be positive. I didn't know him so well for breaking rules, as in i didn't see him myself...so i can't relate that to a firm reason. His been quite active, and idk i reckon he deserves to be back. But it aren't my decision.
One thing, does the rules say you can only apply after a month of getting rejected, AND also getting kicked out as a TP? Like from when he got kicked out of being one, he has to wait a month to re apply???

P.S. He had 3 accounts in 3c and all of them owned stuff while he was a 3e player
