Search for cars that are parked in front of a house that is for sale. When a player gets banned his house gets reset. Most likely ( like i do ) when a player/admin owns a car he will park it in front of his house. So big chance that the cars in front of the house that is for sale belongs to a banned account. You can ask admins in server to make sure if these players really are banned.
