Unfortunately this doesn't worked properly and we still have the same problem. The only solution is to move to a new server, we had tested it in a different server and it worked fine. Our current server is having high CPU usage and thats the reason behind this issue.

Please dont tell me u guys Are Planing to move the servers again to some other host -.- :/
