Sorry it's not in SF. But it's really needed. Because so many people own houses in that area, there needs to be a tele point there. And should be added to /ltele

There should be a China town spawn point. Idk if it should be /chinatown or only on /ltele. There's no tele places in that central place in SF. And for admins to tele there it would be easier.
