No, you cannot make separate forums for your gang. You can create a topic and anyone who would like to join your clan / tag can apply on the same topic, you can make topic here.
But the spam is gonna be big :3
Since Simon told me that smffy is pissed over the bandwidth YG is using maybe it would be a good idea to allow separate forums for gangs
Also you could make a rule to show the gang is a part of YG , like the logo
