Mhm, well yeah; 3e often gets screwed for me too. Also, while getting timed out, 3e has a bug which will show "Your banned from the server" too. Try running the client as Administrator or while getting connected, Minimize your GTA SA and then open it. It's a fix which I used to do. Hope it works.

3c has same bug i got a heart attack frst time seeing it xD i had the same problem bro there r many solutions on youtube they worked for me i used  to get disconnected in 10 seconds of spawn n could not even chat u can search for solutions on youtube n keep ur computer up to date too cause that also effects try searching

Increase Internet Speed and How To Increase Ping maybe u think its foolish but it worked for me
