If you are saying that MagicTouch is an admin, and not a player (really bad excuse), then let's go to the forum rules.

As far as I know, admins should follow the server and forum rules even before the admin rules. [Because if they can't even follow the forum and server rules, then maybe they shouldn't be admins]
So Counter_Force, start looking on yourself before reporting about anyone.

**** about a fact which is stated (A CO OWNER WAS ONLINE, NOT AFK, NO ACTION THAT YOU COULD SEE HAS BEEN TAKEN. WHAT MEANS: THE PUNISHMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN ON PRIVATE OR MAYBE, NOTHING BAD HAS BEEN DONE), that's your problem, and your lost.
