So what? The purpose of spamming the slap command was not on purpose to spam and
**** off people and break the rules, etc.
He just wanted to protect the server, something that you are not doing a lot, as an admin.

About the kick:
I personally don't think that admins should be allowed to use commands against other admins, as kick, warn or ban. [Ban in case of ban, or very heavy abuse)
I think that admins should ONLY report to the Management, and only they should take the action. You could ignore from him dude. And especially, that you and him are on the same level...
When I came back and asked dont kick me he muted me and said go on report.I dont have any proofs but Adi have seen dude muting me and you can ask dude about that.
I don't think that the /mute command should have been used by dude against another admin (MaDdoxX), if it has really been done.
