You don't need to make an application to change your name to add the [YG] tag to your name, if your [YG] clan application was accepted.

You will need to ask an admin, to help you to move your stuffs from your account, to the new account with the [YG] clan tag, and ask from an admin level 10, to give you the [YG] clan rank.
