Picture doesnt prove anything and In Picture it shows that Player Health is little bit down.
That's quite a bit senseless. There's a cheat/hack in which player can lock his HP of. Which means, if he/she gets hurt, the locked HP won't get reduced unless it's
set.
OT:
I'm not regarding this as useless topic, however the proof given isn't that valid. If you can, better post a video regarding this if you can. Although, I'll be keeping an eye on this guy. Anyway, thanks for your report.
