No more modifications for 3c server.

Cmonn....u kiding me man??? 3c has most of playerrs...they will leave if they dont like our server....:/
Just put the fuel system, and 3e map....other's leave it like it is,,,,,Can you?
Lordz will give u scripts...pass map from 3e to 3c....put the lock unlock car by owner and admin...and thats it....after that u will see how many players will come.......you all will thank me,.....:/
