The Topic should of been made in Admin only discussion.
Promoting admins on 3e, is VERY IMPORTANT, but finding those admins always isn't easy.
If you talking personally with some the management members (YM, Simon) then they'll listen to what you have to say, and also if your a high ranked admin here on the forum, and your all talking about [YG]shelby, then they'll all listen.
Robert is old and trusted, so any info that comes from him is legit, dude is active and always honest, so his trust worthy (and should be promoted 
) If they say someone is trustworthy then, i'm pretty sure they're spot on in what their saying.
Anyway, i really hope MANY (ie. 5+) admins changes are made with 3e (promotions and/or new admins made)
