I agree with you because players are increasing day by day.
But still some might come in other name so,try keeping their IP's in aka list and also keep this message in random messages[Announcements which comes as messages in YG server.ex:Donate to our server and be admin]

Message:
[YG INFO] Players are allowed to buy property/vehicles in one of the server only.

And keep that stuff in /rules also.
