Spawning admin command 3 or 4 times is spam but its not abuse, and if he used announce command for calling bad words then definitely he will get demotion but he told he didnt call any bad words.
Killing with minigun is not allowed but if it is your friend or any others who doesnt have any problem with killing minigun is not abuse. And normal players dont like killing them with miniguns, so it come under the catogory of abuse.
And please try to avoid making threads for some simple reasons and be kind to other admins.
about the minigun in duel.....i was in forum puting the pic when counter warn blacktiger.... i didint knew.....when i killed rank with minigun he said is not allowed.....:/
for announce i didnt call any bad word....i said or kill tot or burn tot's house...cuz we were playing with warning everyone with minigun rpg rocket tanks hydra hunter etc etc....we were making fun in a place where no one else coming.....
the hydra i spawned i didnt shoot anyone else.....u can proove it....
