Ping & Lag is different,
Ping = Distance of your ISP to Server's host.
Lag = If you have an old PC, when you're around Groove Street, your game will be broken.

Game Booster won't fix your ping, the only way is to get faster internet.

P.S: I used Game Booster and no effect...
