Young please set his level atleast to 4. If you rage up bit, he will be okay because I've experience when I had a server and that guy was admin. First of all lol he is scared of me at school + I caught him tight on server with rules so he became okay. I request you to give him a final chance or observe him and then decide to level up or not.

Btw, I'd like to know the reason behind the demotion.
