WOlf misusing his power

 Today Wolf misused his power by using rhino  in sfa  and announceing /sfa to everyone I donot have the proof for that but i have proof of another command misusing lgoto: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/706/samp041ah.png/
 And cenation used rhino aganist a player for this i have no proof but  i am telling the truth
