Suggetion : 0.3c need full reset + fixes

Why 0.3c need full reset + fixes? here is the reasons:

1.many bugs in 0.3c. many hoise bugs( owned houses show icons for sell house but its owned but players buy that to see that icon so 2 player have 1 house

2. when 0.3c open again there is no admins so many players make multi accs with stuffs

3. many cmds not working in 0.3c

There are a lot of commands on the /cmds that aren't really exist... :/

It can confuse people.
