Hmm U r Pc Is Worse Than Mine   So Search Youtube  Enb Series For Low End Pcs Samp Download Any of them Then Change The Enb.ini Settings of which I will Give You. I will Pm U the Setting of Enb.

Ok i download and do settings in enb.ini  but after it do how my cars look like this if i need to do anything or anyelse so tell me pls

here download this and u will get files just paste all the files in u r main gta sa main folder it will help  and ingame press

shift + F12  to start the enb and to off do the same hope it helps
