Bug with /level3 and /warn cmd.

Where was you at in the map: N/A
Did it happen to anyone else: Yes everyone who is an admin lv 3+
Describe the Bug: When doing /level3, it shows the lv 3 admins cmds. And shows /warn - and says do /warn 1-5 times, ie to kick someone you need to do /warn  times, this isn't true, it's 3 times. For a newbie admin, this could be bad.

Also same with /getinfo, when we do /getinfo id sometimes its fine but sometimes Unknow Commands Dialog Message comes
