Wifi problem
« on: March 17, 2013, 04:42:09 pm »
Hi all,

So i got a new wifi router last week and it is really stupid :/
My phone ( htc chacha ) is connected to it, but i can't acces the internet?
It says i am connected but when i go to www.google.com it does not working.
And i am always online at irc with my phone. I never go on irc with my laptop. Because when i am on laptop why go irc when i go play samp itself instead of going to irc? So therefore i am much less active in irc then i used to be.
And sometimes samp says that the server is restarting but that is not true because then i go to www.google.com and it says no connection but my laptop says i am connected. Can anyone help me? Would be really helpful  ;D

That also happens to me!
Sometimes your home phone is joint with the router cables.
When the phone is being used, the Internet stays on but you can't use it.
When the call finishes it should be working again. If not, reboot your router+phone at same time. (unplug and plug it back in )

I don't know if its your case but if it is, I was happy to help :)

Same with me too.
It says 'Connected' on my Tablet, but the Internet does not seem to work.
If it works everywhere else then check your Antivirus installed in your device.
Antivirus can stop your WiFi from functioning as it thinks your WiFi is an Malware, Virus, etc.

At last an stupid advice. Contact your Internet Service Provider.
