First you have to create a post on YG Clan Applications for you to accept the clan http://www.rbtdms.smffy.com/index.php?board=20.0

If u got accepted for [YG]clan then u don't need to apply for a name change :D . You just need to set ur name as [YG]FluxFire in SA-MP client . :)
