Well I've an idea.
If you cant convert the script to MySQL,open 3c and 3e and keep Max Accounts Limit.
And if Accounts are full,you can delete some fake accounts or the player must be kicked with a reason goto 3e Server.
IP:3e ip.

Or two 3c server must be opened.
And then the player will be kicked with a message, go to YG 3c 2nd server.
IP:3c ip.


But $$$ needed.

Some servers are like this:
Some have too much money but doesnt know how script their Gamemode and some doesnt has money but good in scripting/editing their gamemode.
