/warn cmd suggestion.

I believe that 5 warnings is to much and think that it should be moved to 3.
Anyone agree?

Yeah 5 warns is really annoying. It would be good if there's a Ban warning - If a player gets 5 ban warns, he'll get banned from the server. For normal warns, I think 3 is enough.

And when player is warned! he got freezed for 5Seconds !! & a announce come on da player : Warned for : [Reason]
