nope its not cuz of mods....go in server and boost with boat in water....then see :P

But there can be some more options to this bug to happen.

This isn't even a SA-MP Bug.


This is a GTA SA Bug.


So don't think that someone here can fix it....

It's because the water particle gets spammed if you're going in boat with high speed. I think there's a patch or fix with these bugs. Just download it, or I've seen some topic made here with titled 'Some fixes', may be that could help you.
