Permissions Bugged Around with....

Hi Guys

The permissions of users to delete their own posts are bugged. Weather it's a time out, as in they can't delete their post after a certain time, or just in general.....someone's changed them 



Please to Management, give our Webmaster MagicTouch extra or Management permission / side member group status. He knows how to manage a forum, his got many his made / helped made to his name....and including one i manage (it's a gaming discussion forum, nothing samp related)

Please management give him a chance. He'll work well with you...like he did with me. I seriously highly recommend him.

Letting people not remove our own posts is wrong. We should be able to remove our own posts. It just makes sense.

Use "Modify" and Delete everything and write "Deleted" after i will be Deleted by Management or forum admins

Actually i think you are wrong Odedara.
Maybe the management is very good to manage smffy
But i do not use smffy i use my own domain, own themes and i can edit the php,css,javascript and html in the forum.
This is not possible with smffy, so i think Jono is suggesting i should be a forum manager/admin.

YoUnG told me that the Management have decided that they should be the only ones who have forum admin permissions
I of curse told YoUnG how an bad idea that was since i'm more active in/on the forum than many others and that the Management can't handle and moderate the whole forum them-self when they got so much to already take care of.
It's very sad but i have offered my help and they believe they don't need it.
Sadly the Management wan't the permissions like this.

Its removed,none of the forums you will find deleting your own post facility,if you want your post to be removed simply click the Modify button and type <removed>.
