Permissions fail

Hello.
1 week ago the member group level 10 had full moderation permissions on the forum.
I've already made this topic once but somebody deleted it -.-
Please set back the original permissions for the member group!

Its useful for MagicTouch to be able to lock topics, ie multi cars when his sold them, instead of wait for Management too.
