YoUnG has just told me and ask me to announce to everyone that 3c is no more.
From the problems that happened today, 3c WILL NOT be back up, instead the upgrade to 3x will happen.

As already mentioned, ALL 3C ADMINS AND PLAYERS are allowed to play on 3e until the upgrade happens, when that happens is unknown.

that sad :'(  that 3c is gonna close for good but the good news is 3x will open soon so good bye 3c and say hello 3x :P
