Banning for Car Particle Spam? You have to be kidding....if the server detects it, then you get kicked, not banned.
I never banned you, so i think that your not banned...but lets see. If i did ban you, it most likely was when i joined, and a junior admin ie. dude was yelling BAN BAN! But i'm pretty sure it's not you...
