0.3c Dont Have A IRC But In Server Its Come After Some Time And Its See Line Like This

So Please Remove This Because Its Dont Have IRC But Its See And Its Wast Players Time On Try It So Remove It

They were going to create 0.3c IRC,but stuck in other problems,maybe soon it'll be comming.
