       I know E is having lot op codes, Its Fully of the car invalid Mod.
This can be prevented only in 2 ways.
1. Remove buyable car system.
                 OR
2.Need a command which can untune all server cars with a single command!

So say your Openion about it. If you choose second

I have another idea just add 1000 vehicles in server and 1 player can buy only 3 cars

                                      Or

Dont Add Tuneable Cars In Server And Only Add Non-Tunable Cars

If buyable cars are bugged. I don't think thats the problem. Also some users have been tracking us and I've experienced it on the previous 2days. Selena_alvarez is a proof!. We always recieved opcodes when a player tele to us but then that player was banned and it was alright for some time. But then we noticed that the whole SF is bugged!. My vote is that their must be vehicle ownership though different script can be used.(I guess) Or a reset?

This hapen because hacker modefy the car with the car mode which dosit support the car.
Example: changing tire of Truck which cannot be change normally!

The prevention for this is remove all Tunned car to untune.We are not abel to make a command which can untune full car of the server with a single command!

This is not possible the hacker is using ivalid mod. i alredy told we need a coomand to untune all cars in a sinlge command so if u can shre that script!

Simon Add some bots! Protect it man!! Most of SA-MP Are soo fukin awesome! Their bots! banned or warn kick then if they break rules!
Then Server will be cool
