Getting your Avatars Up! [UPDATED WITH IMAGES]

The new way of getting your Avatar up is to upload them to an image hosting site , For example:
imageshack.us
www.photobucket.com
www.imagehosting.com
www.tinypic.com

I'm going to use www.tinypic.com as you don't need to register to upload your photos for the example.If you find scrolling through the images to be a hassle , I have provided the Image Links so you can view it in full screen.

Step1: Identifying the avatar

Step2: Uploading the avatar (Double Click on the Gray Bar in the website to bring out browsing window , also resize it to avatar size.)

Step 3: Copy the Direct Link

Step 4: Pasting it into your profile information.
