[RD]MaSteR_JiShAd | Drive-by in /l69 + abusing /repair + NOT DOING HIS JOB

Hello all.
First of all i got a big concern!
Today we had 80/80 players on the 0.3c server!
But what i got mad over was that i (that have been up all night and protecting the server)
was forced  to do all the admin work while MaSteR_JiShAd is killing etc.
I know i call myself MagicTouch but after 36 hours without sleep i'm not that magic anymore.
I also wen't on FB to check it and roll a cig and when i came back there was a money hacker, but he was to busy with killing and abusing to even notice it! THAT IS NOT WHAT I CALL A GOOD ADMIN!
In the time i was there with him THE ONLY thing he did was warning a player for saying "****" ONLY THING,
while i had banned at-least 10-20 hackers there!
An admin should not focus on killing/playing when the server is almost full 79/80 and there is only one admin (me)
to do the work (banning hackers,abusers etc)

As you can see here on the first image , i did /write with the text:
"Drive-By in /L69 is not allowed" I also did it in the videos you can see longer down.
But he did't stop. So i collected proof.


AS YOU CAN SEE HERE 79/80 ONLINE PLAYERS!

And me.. As the only admin doing his job!


IF HE BECAME ADMIN TO ABUSE THE ADMIN FEATURES INSTEAD OF PROTECTING THE SERVER HE SHOULD NOT BE ADMIN!

The worse part:
Him doing Drive-By in /l69 and abusing /repair while he is doing it!

What are you talking about?
I have only set my own score once to  50000 and then i sat it after some time back to something that matches my kill/ death ratio.
I was told by Simon i was allowed to set my score , just not other players.
And i will show you my stats if you wanna see the kill/death ratio.

He went ! Chked Stats it was only 150kills and 50 or some deaths

So john asked ! 'How you got this score

He sais 'Magic <3'

John told its not allowed and
Setted his score to 200 ! (50 for math)

Driveby is allowed but it's forbidden at certain places only. Master_Jishad - I know him from before itself but according to me he is not bad in Administration at YG 3c now. Just ask him not to do so and I think he might stop it. Or else, FORCE him not to do it!

Btw, I suggest /setscore must be RCON cmd. It's better to gain score by ourselves instead of setting it. MagicTouch did or didn't abuse, idk but he's not a bad admin.
