Unable to use some profile options.

Hello,
When I just checked into Profile options, I noticed that I'm only able to view my profile summary and can't do any changes with my profile. Management, please change it to how it was.

Management
It can be changed in: Admin > Members > Permissions

There's still Account Settings not visible for normal users. Please do fix it.
