My suggestion is that these unresponsable guys should not have a higher lvl then 3.

They must not get lvl at any cost

Demote them and tell them to get their lvl by working for server only one or two will get!!

Cena, they can be good admins. I give the example of Robert (only 1 who i remember. Desculpa Roberto) who was a ''noob'' but he became a great admin. If they abuse at least 3 times is straight demotion. Agree?
