Time when you spoted him:Not exactly   4:36 uae time
What did he do wrong:Both health and weapon hackk..and also he abused me when i cuffed him (cuffed becouse i saw him hacking) eye witness :jenna (she was unable to warn or kick becouse she was only admin lvl 2 .I cuffed him in her order)
