You are telling that was a hacker but yours and his IP was the same.
Your last online date was 18/12/12 and the IP which i got from your userfile was same as the hackers IP, without logging into the server your new wont get saved into the userfile.
We have solid poofs of this issue and you are not demoted to level 0, just 1 level down thats all!
