I need Help_About PILOT

Why I can not Use /land and /takeoff.       It says u r not a pilot.

Then I choose SF Pilot in the /class.

But then it says u r not a pilot........ why is this happening.

I need help

i think there is a cmd /pilotjob or something like that...try it
