No more admins needed for 3e.

As the topic says we don't need anymore admins in 3e server even they donate.
You can donate to get shop items but not for level.

Legggyyyy! Finally yeah no more market. I hope it continues the same way. We just now need to clean abusers and make 'em good or screw them. :)
