I need to solve this question of mine ???

I am an vip level 2 admin and i dont have
Any cmd to take action against the hacker
Or abusers and one thing which happened
Today morning when i and trusted player
[YG]Blo_OD were playing we saw an hacker
Using minigun only i was present at that time as admin
and the hacker was killing all players in l69
I couldnt do anything against him other than to
Kill him or report so i think the management should
Help me solve this problem ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Yes u could. Do /class, choose a cop, /spec, /cuff and his frozen. U need to be lvl 4 to warn.
